Do you use subcontractors for your work?
We partner with local, licensed, and insured skilled tradesmen under exclusive contractor agreements to deliver quality installations to our clients. Every crew that works on your project is held to the Butler Standard.
Do the designs cost anything?
We offer complimentary initial design consultations. Detailed or engineered plans may carry a design fee, which is credited toward your project when you proceed with us.
How soon can the project begin after signing?
Most projects begin within 2–3 weeks after contract signing, allowing time for material ordering and scheduling.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed in Alabama and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance for your protection and peace of mind.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, and surrounding communities throughout Madison County and North Alabama.
Do you provide lighting services?
Yes. We design and install custom outdoor lighting — landscape, architectural, and safety lighting — using high-quality, energy-efficient LED fixtures.
How do I care for my new paver driveway?
Sweep debris regularly and rinse as needed. Spot-clean stains with mild detergent. Reapply joint sand and seal every 2–3 years to protect color and stability.
How often should I water my new sod?
Water daily for 2–3 weeks to keep roots moist. After establishment, water deeply 2–3 times per week depending on weather. Morning watering helps reduce evaporation.
What's your warranty?
We provide a 2-year installation warranty for all hardscaping, sod, artificial grass, drainage/irrigation, and outdoor kitchens. Living elements like mulch, planting, and soil carry a 30-day warranty. Manufacturer product warranties are available on request.
What is your project minimum?
Our project minimum is $15,000. This allows us to deliver the quality, materials, and craftsmanship that define the Butler Standard.
